Guest guest
You know, I think that pms accounts for 5 pounds UP for me every month. I'm surprised they don't talk about it more on the Biggest Looser. Instead they act like the women committed a felony if they stay the same/gain a pound. I try to only weigh on freeday. I have to way or I might loose perspective of the goal before me. (I get busy with life and the next thing I know its six months later) I'm also measuring once a week just to keep me motivated. One thing, you can't really measure back fat, and things like that. So I'm going to do pictures once a month. No, I don't want to see them, but I need to see them to keep my focus. Guest guest
I weigh daily (sometimes twice AM/PM) and just try not to freak out as it goes up and down. As long as it goes down and just a little up, then goes more down and a little up, I'm ok However, I have been " stuck " at one weight now since mid-February. The end of my first challenge was the middle of March. I haven't measured since then, but I don't think I've really lost any inches based on clothes fit. I don't think I'm losing fat and gaining muscle, either. I'm just stuck. Which is OK I suppose -- better than gaining. Dana > I try to only weigh on freeday.
