I heard about the arm feeling numb if its a pinched nerve and mine doesn't, it just aches all the way down and what's really odd is that I can feel it go all the way down to my hand. If this continues I will try the heat and the meds. Its becoming a real pain besides the pain lol when sitting at my computer chair seems to make it worse. If I'm up moving around I don't notice it as much. I'm going to go look for that cream Darcy mentioned (Arnica cream) maybe that will do something. Thanks again! ~**~~**~Start the year off right.
