hi michelle - ive noticed that you have mentioned your shoulder pain

a few times now. im sorry to hear that it is bothering you. it

could be a pinched nerve, i suppose. i think that those will often

make your arm go numb though. if it is a pinch, then see if having

your dh pull gently on your arm relieves any of the pressure/pain.

when i had a pinched nerve in my back, the dr told me to take

ibuprophen to reduce the swelling, to take tylenol for the pain, and

to rest. i also used a heating pad on it, or some other people

might use ice. have you tried the ibu and heat (or ice)? im

also wondering if you have a hand held massager... using one of

those might help (?) i hope that it stops bugging you really soon,

:*carolyn.

Thanks for the tips Carolyn!

I haven't taken any meds for it. I heard about the arm feeling numb if its a pinched nerve and mine doesn't, it just aches all the way down and what's really odd is that I can feel it go all the way down to my hand.

If this continues I will try the heat and the meds. Its becoming a real pain besides the pain lol when sitting at my computer chair seems to make it worse. If I'm up moving around I don't notice it as much.

I'm going to go look for that cream Darcy mentioned (Arnica cream) maybe that will do something.

Thanks again!
