This isthe first time I did one rotation week...even though it was mixed inwith treadmill walking, airdyne biking and P90 at least I'm finallydone with Start it up and I can move up to Ramp it up guilt free!I am such a wimp though, I need to use 2 lbs instead of 3 lbs onthe tricep extensions.....my triceps are just too week.
