Here's how it went: Yoga Shakti (Rhythmic Vinyasa and Surya A & Core Strength & Conditioning with Staehle (first section of abs which included- Full body crunch, Isometric lower ab work, Bicycles, Knee lifts, Wide arm ab crunch, Bicycles w/ Isometrics, and Reverse crunch Yoga Shakti (supine poses) Just doing the first section of 's workout was plenty enough for me to KNOW I worked my abs. Off to watch some TV for the evening. Have a nice night. ~~Delicious ideas to please the pickiest eaters. Watch the video on AOL Living.
