Yesterday: Bridge Walk and Step at the gym Today: rest day

Had a blast at Step last night! Toni is an awesome instructor, though it's an upper intermediate class and I was very lost for most of it, I managed to keep moving though and I am SORE! Lots of lunges from side to side off the step will do that do a body! The choreography was complicated, with lots of turn stradles, hop turn change direction mid step, these funky jogs i could never do - I did the simplest move/modification when it was offered.. I'll go again next week. If you keep going to her class you get it because she builds on the class before it, kind of like we do in Turbo Kick.I'm also sore from Monday's run but am gonna try and run again on Friday at lunch during my lunch hour. Suweet! Haven't been home enough to do a workout video this week. Bingo tonite with the girls! Sorry so behind on email..

Sounds like you're having a busy but fun week, ! Your step class sounds like WAY too much for me but I'm glad you enjoyed it, your attitude about the choreography complications is awesome!
