Guest guest
Hi, This morning was Pyramid upper Body for the last time. I made up my mind I was going to try to increase my weight even if it was on just one exercise. Chest- 12/15/20 Back- 15/20/25 Shoulders- 3/5/7 Triceps- 5/8/10 Biceps- 10/12/15 The triceps and biceps is where I increased. The biceps just about done me in. I was actually sweating like a pig by the time I got through that. When I got to the 15's I done the last 4 reps alternating because they just felt like they weighed 200 lbs to me. That exercise is truly the hardest in the entire workout. I was really feeling in the front of my shoulders while trying to get through that. Maybe my shoulders were trying to come into play to help with the weakness of my biceps, I don't know. I also noticed for the first time the long muscle that goes down your side (can't think of what that is) was really showing, along with all those little muscles around the back of my shoulders. I think there really is something to what Debbie was saying about looking more lean with less cardio. Have a great day! ~~Delicious ideas to please the pickiest eaters. Watch the video on AOL Living.
