I'm not the type to obsessively weigh myself, but once a month after TOM is a good time for me. Still struggling with portions. Sometimes I'll eat the smaller portion and in an hour eat a smaller portion of something else for variety and something to do - I love to eat! I daydream about lunch at 8:30! I have a date with a personal trainer on Saturday and am more than a little intimidated. We're going to the opera. Should there be mutual chemistry, this could be really good - I know he could help keep me accountable and at last I might have a romantic workout partner and a romantic art-goer to boot?
