Guest guest
Just to add that I did the weekend course over a year ago when Stingley from Alaska gave it. It was an eye opener, I was sceptical at first but then during one of the seemingly inoxuous exercises I had a strong physical reaction proving its effect. I do feel I learnt a lot to start off but one would probably need to do intermediate course or employ a Handle practioner to get full Handle programme going. The course is worth doing if you want to start doing simple exercises and learn about the Handle approach. The book by Judith ??/ the Handle founder is also an eye opener. > > > > Hi , > > > > Could you post the details. > > > > Thanks, > > > > Jane > > > > > > Re: Help! not bio med > > > > > > Lara if has sensory issues then HANDLE would be good to > learn > > too, we see a fantastic therapist based in Brighton > I can > > give you his details if you want them.
