Guest guest Posted September 27, 2008 Report Share Posted September 27, 2008 Yesterday, I did Ripped to the Core. I burned like 541 calories. Very surprised since it's a strength training workout. I was watching my heart rate quite a bit, and it does really climb when working lower body. I have never wore it before while doing strength (besides lately),it's been interesting! Today I did Cardio Fusion with Rob Glick. I think that's the name..grr.. It's a hour-long bosu workout. I LOVED it. I've done it in the past, but it's been awhile. I had a great time doing it. Kaysar was awake and well-behaved the whole time. Whew. It's nice to know if I have to, I can workout with him nearby (if his mood allows, of course). I forgot I had my HRM on, and at the 90 minute mark, I shut it off. I had been making breakfast for the boys. Anyway, it read 810 calories, but obviously that wasn't too acurate. I'll have to try it again soon to see what it burns. After I got the kids fed, I put in Kari 's Curl. I really like this ab workout. It's 20 - 25 minutes of abs, and I can feel it pretty well I have a training appointment in 30 minutes,and then hopefully I can enjoy my Saturday! AND, my dh is on his way home! Yay. It has been nearly a month! The boys will be ecstatic. He should be here tomorrow night I am guessing. Driving from Texas to Wisconsin, but big work-trucks so it takes longer.
