Guest guest
I hope I catch all the questions that were asked in the last few days about the work outs I have chosen and what's available to me. The closest Ross that I know of is in San . (45 minute drive to closest " shopping center " area) There are so many things to choose from exercise dvd wise that I have gotten " selective " -- I read what's on the front and back covers very thoroughly. HOWEVER, I am very excited over the suggestions that have been given! (Which is what I had hoped for when I first joined exercise videos some months ago. I did get discouraged when I didnt get very much feed back to start, so this is a positive thing to hear back from everyone!! Thank you!) I do not have FITTV -- and I wish I did. I will have to see if Dish even offers it -- it may be in the line up that's more than what I am currently subscribed to. I did a search on Tony Horton's P90 Cardio and about laughed out of my seat! I so DO NOT want to be " muscled " up like those males are -- which I know is not possible but honestly?! I also am not too enthused about using weights. For now I am going to count those out. *giggles* I am so not a " SHE-RA " . I have been doing the " Mom and Tot " work out for less than a week. And I love it in that its simple march in place and comfortable easy to do exercises that still tone and sculpt. She does use weights - but I believe that they are not more than three pound weights -- and the kidlets are given " plushy " weights so they can work out like mom! Callan Pickney is not overly popular but I have done her work outs in the past with excellent results. I don't have any of her videos but I do have her 10 yrs younger in 10 hrs book that was published in the late 70's. Callentics will be one of the ones that I do at least 2 times per week. The one thing that she suggests in one of her newer books is a cardio workout that she did not originally have. I need to check into that more. The video I purchased is BellyDance Fitness for Weight Loss Too Hip featuring Rania. It's produced by naturaljourneys.com. I have to look at and possibly pick up a second bellydance video at Hastings later today. I will let you know what it is soon.
