Guest guest
LOL, we have a lot of snow here too. In fact, I think we got 8 - 10 inches yesterday. However, our vehicles are in the garage so I don't ever have to clean them off....Darcy Darcy, if you really want to appreciate spring then you should come to Michigan and dig out your car and drive on icy snow covered roads! I HATE winter and I can't wait for it to be over! Praying for spring/summer, Jen Darcy Ledman wrote: Impressive Carolyn!! We have also been getting a ton of snow. I don't mind it too much cuz it doesn't affect me too much. DH takes care of removing it, and our vehicles are in the garage and what-not. I think it's going to make me really appreciate spring though! LOL. this workout would be good for an upper-beginner (using the 3's or lighter) and all intermediates (using 5's or higher). 20 mins, 99 cal burn.tonight i wasnt to use my stretch book while i watch tv ('the easy stretching workout' by karen smith'). ive looked through it and it is comprehensive. she uses a band for some of the stretches, and i like that. i think that i will spend 60 mins doing that and give myself a 100 cal burn for the effort.tomorrow, i will have to walk the dog (chinook) because i did not walk him this morning. it was windy and i hate that! i also plan on doing some more cardio segments from one of the caribbean workout dvds.:*carolyn.
