Randy,

My son in~law and my friends son are both on there way over and everything you said in this poem is what people are thinking, but are afraid to talk about. No one said war was easy for anyone the good guys/girls or the bad if there is such a thing as good and bad, right or wrong ...it is what it is, sad for everyone all the way around. Thank you for putting into words what is so hard for people to talk about, you did good Randy, Namaste from me to you brother.

Randy can you email this to me at BooAngelxoxo@... so I can share it with the other friends?

Love, Light and Peace my friend,

Hi, I'm new to this group and this one really hit home. I'm the

wife of a deployed soldier. He serves our country because he thinks

it is the right thing to do and he does so with honor. Real

soldiers don't like to kill people. I don't think he ever has but I

don't ask, the answer might be too painful for both of us. My

husband is a very peaceful person filled with a deep spirituality.

The pictures he brought home from his last tour in Iraq are pictures

you will never see in the news or press. I sent one to the Richmond

(VA)Times Dispatch of him giving candy to a little boy. He was

squatting down on the child's eye level. The newspaper sent it back

to me. I know the war is a very controversial topic - I'm not

saying I support it, but I don't think the majority of soldiers feel

the way that one did. I've never heard anyone in my husband's unit

want to go kill someone. They are caught up in a bad political

situation, and want desperately to bring peace to a war torn country.

With Peace,

Carole
