I still use it with my son occasionally however there is alot of controversy over it! " All raw materials are third party lab tested before being accepted by Garden of Life manufacturing. Quality testing is done on each ingredient. All raw materials are purchased with specifications on them and verified by independent laboratories. Garden of Life does not allow any raw materials with pesticides, herbicides or fungicides on them. They are tested for heavy metals as well. And like carrots, other foods grown in nature, they will have minute amounts of heavy metals cause of the soil. Even water has arsenic, though we insure that they do meet and exceed FDA regulations.
