That's basically what I did too.. baby steps!!! They eventually add up to great big giant steps but they're a whole lot easier on the legs! :-)

Hi Kris, I mss ya! Why don't you start exercising slowly and add a few minutes each week...pretty soon you will be exercising consistently just like did last year.
