I am thinking I may give Rumble a shot, but try the whole thing, and skip the stretch on the end which just seemed way too funky and long for me. I will do my own though, of course. Darcy who admits to HATING stretching... I am thrilled I have my whole workout one already. Isn't that a great feeling? Good for you for adding MORE on to the Jari workout.
