I think you'll like it, ! Lots of good balance challenges. I love Kari's style! If your foot still hurts you may want to do Angles, Lines and Curves or Angles, Lines & Curves II - both are a little gentler than this one. Hey, I may have picked out my workout for tomorrow! :) I normally take Sat off, but I have a ton to do tomorrow and getting my day started w/ a workout always provides me lots of momentum to get stuff done.

OH! This is in my virgin pile too! I really liked the step one inthis series, though I wasn't impressed with the abs one as I recall. IMUST work out tomorrow, perhaps this one will fit the bill?
