Guest guest Posted December 3, 2008 Report Share Posted December 3, 2008 Hi Everyone, Today was cardio -I did 's 4 Fast Miles from her Walk Slim Series. Good intensity w/ the jogging/fast walking intervals. I'm sort of itching to try some different cardio at some point, too - may pull out Charlene Prickett's workouts again, may try some Voight floor cardio and maybe I'll be feeling brave enough to try some step. May also give some of the Prevention workouts a try. I don't really dislike the walk-aerobics, but feeling like doing something a bit different (at least for today! LOL!) Afterwards I did Classical Stretch, I did the 30 minute standing routine from the Full Body Workout Volume 2. I see CS is having a special through Jan 5th - free shipping! Depending on Xmas $ I may pick something up. I'm finding that these have really helped my back. Today was my 3rd chiro visit where the chiro was remarking about how loose my back has gotten. Coincidence or the addition of CS? I think it may be the CS. I have been trying to do it 3X per week and it seems to be hitting the tight spots well.
