Wow! 514 calories!! That is awesome ! That's great that your new shoes are making the workout more comfortable too. Happy New Year! We did get buried with about a foot of snow, lost power for a few hours this morning (the house got down below 60 degrees so I stayed snuggled in my warm bed after I called to report the outage) but our friend already plowed our driveway, it is done snowing and the road in front of our house is clear and the kids are outside playing in the snow so all is well. Hope your weather improves too!

Tuesday workout

Happy New Year!

This morning I did Spreen Cardio Camp. This is a fun one!! I was surprised at how many calories I burned with it, 514 calories!!!

Last time I done this workout my knees were kind of talking to me, but since getting new shoes they haven't bothered me.

I hope you all are enjoying today. We got really nasty weather. Wind, snow and temps in the teens.

Yeah, this was a big one, but the good news is the power was only out for a few hours early this morning (between about 6:30 and 9:30) and we're good to go now. Thanks !

another high calorie burner day and you are not done yet!! you are

amazing!!

my sculpt class was heavy on the legs today--total shaking jelly. i

loved it!! i love to step up on a high bench with a heavy weight!!

when the weatheris so cold it probably is cheaper to exercise than to

turn up the heat:)

The results on your weight with less cardio is very interesting and that you're seeing wonderful changes in your body! I wouldn't have expected that either

I also looked at my food journal and I have really upped my fiber. I just watched Dr Oz on Oprah and he was talking about how women need 25 grams a day. That's a lot! He also said its a great way to loose weight. I checked and I've been getting 18+ grams so I'm wondering if that hasn't played a role.

Tib pulls are sitting straight up with your legs straight out. You sit a stability ball on the top of your feet and flex your feet in while holding the ball from moving off the top of your feet. Once you start doing a lot of reps they do start burning. You start feeling it in your shins.

Great workout, ! I like pullovers too, esp on the stability

ball. I'm not too keen on bicycles crunches either, heh.

Sorry to hear about your allergies. My DH's and dog #2's allergies

have been acting up lately, too. DH takes claritin-d and dog #2

takes benedryl, lol. Hope the air clears, soon!

It's supposed to be 90 here today too - yuck! Good idea with getting

the dogs out for a walk early. I don't think I'm going to go outside

much anymore today, lol.

Glad you were able to return your other HR monitor! Can you use the

watch from your old one with the strap from your new one so

everything is the same? Just a thought.

Cardio Camp does sound fun! I looked it up and it sounds like a

little bit of everything. Good work! :)

For me today it was 10 Minute Trainer Total Body & Lower Body & Turbo

Jam Kickin' Core with only the cardio part. It was about an hour of

work. Fun. Sweaty. Good stuff!!

I'm Sara in WI, 31, marrired with 3 goofy dogs. :) I'm a newly

converted workout video addict, and my collection is quickly growing

Thanks Sara!

I am a mom to 2 beautiful boys, 4 and nearly 2 and we have a goofy

jack russell terrier. I love working out with videos and am

seriously contemplating ending my contract with 24hr fitness and just

doing home workouts!

I have a whole stack of Cathe's from FitTv recorded, but am afraid stopping to fast forward the commercials will annoy me, lol. I don't have all of her Studio workouts, but in looking at the clips for Slim Sculpt and Fat Burning Fusion - this one is quite a bit like those, and there are elements of her Crunch workouts in there as well. I was going to tack on Ellen's Pilates Sculpt (or Zen Sculpt - the title is one way on Comcast but Ellen calls it "Zen" in the intro) but it looked to be a bit too much for my back to do immediately following Slo Robics (my back was a little tired and starting to feel stiff from some of the exercises).
