Guest guest Posted August 27, 2008 Report Share Posted August 27, 2008 Hi Everyone....Starting a new BFL challenge but this time I am recovering from a knee surgery, just recently cleared by the doc to exercise with reckless abandon. One problem, I can't do lunges yet because I am so weak and still have some pain (general soreness, not stabbing pain). Leg curls work but are boring and I don't seem to get really great results.
