Liza, that is awesome!

We are way too similar :) Your weight loss has been about like mine

-- just a few pounds each challenge.

I am on C3 -- probably 8 weeks into it. I have essentially just

maintained. I don't think I've really changed my eating plan and I've

been exercising as usual. In fact, exercising a little more since I am

biking to work at least three days a week, if not 5, along with the

regular mix of 5 AM cardio and weight workouts.

We have had two weekend getaways in the last month or so and during

these I have not done the best on food so that is likely my problem.

Plus, this weekend I have been HORRIBLE. Did great all day Friday, but

it was my stepson's bday and we went out to eat at a Tex-Mex

restaurant. I ordered the fish tacos. They served three and I ate

three (should have stopped at two -- or even one!), and I also had

chips plus there was the obligatory piece of cake once we got home

(but I don't really like the cake, so I had a small slice and won't

have any more of it).

Yesterday I helped put on a Century (100 mile) bike ride. I don't even

want to think about all the junk I ate -- it is embarrassing. Friday

was supposed to be free day since we did the bday thing, but that

spilled over into yesterday. Yikes!

Well, today is a new day. I have a hike planned for this morning, and

it's time to get back on track with the food!

Good job !

I'm glad to see somebody with slow weight loss.

I just started my week8 of Challenge 1 and I have lost NO lbs, BUT I have lost

ton of inches all over my body (7 inches) and my body shape is changing.

I'm sticking to BFL 100%, workouts, food and all, and I'm not as frustrated by

the scale not moving since I know I'm doing all I can.

My goal weight is 115 lbs, I'm at 134.8 now ( and have been for 2 months since

starting BFL). I'm planning on doing as many challenges as is takes to get to my

goal.

good luck to all,

Ivona
