Guest guest
laura, would les mills require the instructors in the gyms to actually do the cowboy schtick in their classes? :*carolyn.
Guest guest
*L* No, usually the instructors ham it up but it's optional for the members, unless the cowboy move was part of the lift or something - I haven't seen #53 so it's hard for me to say I know that for Turbo Kick sometimes we'll do a really funky move like "The Butterfly" but it's always an option for the members, they can do a more athletic option if they prefer but as an instructor I always ham it up and do the dancey option! You gotta make 'em smile and give 'em something to look/laugh at!Festival City Concrete/ & Carolyn Visser wrote: laura, would les mills require the instructors in the gyms to actually do the cowboy schtick in their classes? :*carolyn. Guest guest
Yeah, it was fun! I'm so glad I can try these at home - if a class ever started here, I wouldn't hesitate to do it in a group format, because it would have such great energy. Love the music! Dh even wandered in to the front room to take a look, because he couldn't figure out what I was listening to - his words: 'that's not usual workout music!'. He liked the female instructor, especially in the cowboy hat! LOL -----Original Message----- From: exercisevideos [mailto:exercisevideos ] good going lisa!! i laughed alot at the instructors in this one, they are so funny with their cowboy hats, singing along to 'save a horse ride a cowboy' by big & rich - and playing their barbells like guitars! LOLOL sounds really hokey but actually i found it to be entertaining you just dont see things like that in other strength training workouts. :*carolyn. Guest guest
This sounds, just from the cowboy description, like a perfect workout for you, (and that's one of the reasons we all love you)! Re: Monday workout/body pump 53 YES, THAT'S WHY I LOVE AND MISS BODY PUMP SO MUCH! Wannnh! I wish our gym would pick up that format again!!Pumpin' it,Festival City Concrete/ & Carolyn Visser <pvissercyg (DOT) net> wrote:good going lisa!! i laughed alot at the instructors in thisone, they are so funny with their cowboy hats, singing along to'save a horse ride a cowboy' by big & rich - and playing their barbells like guitars! Guest guest
I would so love to take one of your classes, ! Turbo Jam still seems to dancey for me but I know with you helping me it would be much less frustrating and definitely fun!
