Guest guest
Has anyone tried Tracey ’s workouts? Someone at work watched Oprah the other day when she interviewed Gwyneth Paltrow and she raved about how this woman’s workouts and DVDs got her in great shape (Madonna too). Of course Gwyneth works out two hours a day, but she does look healthy, not scary skinny (like Madonna who is beginning to look so freaky). I thought I might try them but wanted to see if anyone has given them a try. Kathy

Guest guest
I saw part of that episode and one thing that trainer said that sticks out to me was the quote " no woman should ever lift more than 3 lbs " which really bugged me, lol. I disagree with her, of course. I know that everyone has their own goal and ideal, but to make a statement like that on a show like Oprah's were many of the viewers probably want to workout and don't know how - it just didn't seem like something she should have said. She didn't explain or elaborate or anything. Just bothered me. To me a lot of the workout looked pilates-related, and for cardio she did dancy type stuff. Guest guest
I hadn't heard of her either - her website looks a bit like a porn site (, you may want to check it out! LOL!) particularly the "gallery" pages. I didn't see the episode and I don't know anything about her - but I disagree w/ the 3 lb thing wholeheartedly! I pick up an almost 40 lb (38.5 and holding) 5 year old daily - sometimes I pick up my 45 lb dog, too! (Sara, I bet your dogs are even heavier from their pictures! ) Take care, Donna Subject: Re: Tracey To: exercisevideos Date: Friday, September 19, 2008, 3:48 PM I saw part of that episode and one thing that trainer said that sticks out to me was the quote "no woman should ever lift more than 3 lbs" which really bugged me, lol. Guest guest
I went on her site too. I think I will pass. I agree that she certainly sexes it up. I want to see how fit she is, not how sexy.
