Guest guest Posted September 18, 2008 Report Share Posted September 18, 2008 didnt get a chance to report in yesterday, so i just wanted to say that i did RTTC on wednesday morning. i felt that the workout was a bit easier, and it felt a bit shorter too. gee jari really has an elvira-like hairstyle in this video...lol. i used the same weights as on monday. on friday i will increase the weight a bit for the warmup and for triceps kickbacks. everything else is still challenging. well, i could go up on deadlift+bicep curl but im being careful of my left arm which feels pain now and then in the elbow and forearm. it has been like that, on and off, all summer. im not worried, just have to not push the arm too hard. and i should keep watching my lower back as well anyway. only 243 calorie burn which was a bit less than monday's burn from RTTC. on wednesday evening i got out to walk with chinook... it was another beautiful evening! we walked for 58 mins, then i spent 11 mins stretching. 310 cals. today is for cardio, abs and yoga. i hope to get that done this evening... my energy level sure is dipping low!! and i know why ::sigh:: it is the stupid junk food why oh why do i workout like crazy and then ruin it with so much sugar and fat?!?! ugh i am so mad at myself. :*carolyn.
