With the bicycles, as a reminder, you're lifting up with your abs and keeping your arms and shoulders out and level, leading from the direction of the base of the shoulder. The bad form I see with these is people pulling/leading with their elbows to assist the abs in getting up and over, but we all know that is cheating, in bad form, and just looks ungraceful! I'm sure yours were super! It's just easy to get sloppy sometimes, I know sometimes I catch myself falling into such traps now and then!
