Guest guest Posted August 24, 2008 Report Share Posted August 24, 2008 Hi All, Well, I've really enjoyed my month of FIRM and while I'm looking forward to trying something new with Jari in Sept, I'm not too sick of the FIRM yet - just the tall box and the lunges maybe, lol. I'm sure trying all different eras of the FIRMs helped keep things fresh for me. I like the variety they offer, and am happy that I didn't get burned out. I definitely think I'll do a week of the newer (pink) FIRMs in December. We walked the dogs this morning, and it was pretty nice since it was much cooler than the last few walks. I'm feeling much better having slept WAY in on Saturday and a bit today as well. Here's the plan for BSS2 for this week, and I'm sure going to try to do that tmill video that got bumped last week. Mon - Maximum Cardio Burn plus Abs Tues - Tmill video - Runervals Easy Intervals Wed - Total Sculpt plus Abs Thus - Urban Rebounder Intermediate workout Fri - Complete Aerobics and Weight Training Hope everyone had a great weekend!
