WHY...WHY ....WHy???????????????????????

I have been meaning to post my 6 week results which I am pretty happy

with...of course I wish for more...but I have to start somewhere =-)

But than Sunday evening after I did measurements etc......I slipped

and twisted my ankle pretty bad.It is swollen like a baseball on the

side, and the whole foot is still swollen..I think I sunk into a

immediate mini depression thinking how can I keep going...

Happy to report yesterday I felt better...emotionally (the ankle

still kills and I can't walk on it) and I went to the gym for a

upper body workout...don't need the ankle for that...I do know there

will be no cardio this week =( My husband seems to think I can do a

lower body workout without putting pressure on the foot...we will

see.....I kicked myself in the butt...if I eat right and do at least

what I can do..hopefully i will not ruin the progress I have made....

So here are my results so far

Waist 36 31.5

Belly 41 34 (WOW =-)

Hips 43.5 41.5

LEGS 26 23.75

Calves 16.5 15.5

Chest 42 40

Arms 13.75 12.5

Size 14/16 XL Mostly 12's and Large Shirts

I got rid of all my X-LARGE Shirts.....that felt wonderful...I also

bought a pair of size 12 jeans to get me through! My goal is to be a

size 8..but I have a ways to go =-)
