Guest guest
Even tho I didn't lose pounds or inches, when I compared my BFL photos to my photos from yesterday, I could see a difference. I had gained 17 pounds, 9 of which I have just lost this 6 months. But I could see 1. more body fat 2. in 2005, where I was slimmer was my midriff and thighs, not my waist and hips. So the point of this message is the value in measuring your body parts and taking photos to have a visual comparison besides the scale and clothes, in case they're not looser... I had been saying that my blouse was looser in the midrif: probably not in the shoulders because my arm were bulking, my strongest part... So it was so hard to notice, that I'd give up after 12 or 18 weeks 3. I could also see changes in my posture from my foot problem; how a foot problem is affecting my whole alignment; this alone was worth taking the black underwear photos. - Etana
