Guest guest Posted March 10, 2008 Report Share Posted March 10, 2008 Hi ,I do like the Bootcamp Cardio, but its from the first " Bootcamp Series " the shortest workout, I think.It is fast and nice and very fast over ;-) (30 Minutes). So, yesterday I did the Bootcamp basic.Here is my table for the last week: Monday - Tuesday s Bootcamp Elite two (Maximal Power) 40 Min Wednesday s Bootcamp ABs 35 Min Thursday - Friday s Bootcamp Cardio 30 Min Saturday s Bootcamp Cardio 30 Min Sunday s Bootcamp Basic 55 Min Steffi Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
