Yesterday was supposed to be my rest day but for some reason I decided to do Joy of Yoga with Sara Ivanhoe along with the 6 minute bonus Ab routine from her Fat Burning Yoga workout. What a nice workout that is - made me feel loose and toned.

I say it was a good thing I did that because I accidently set my alarm clock setting ahead one hour rather than my time so I ended waking up at 6:50am rather than 5am! You never saw a household get itself together so quickly! I am going to try to do a walking workout this evening and see how that works. It's been getting harder and harder for me to do my early morning workouts so I may switch to evenings for a while. Since neither kid now plays a spring sport, I won't have to run to practices and games in the evening like I usually do.

Off to work!
