Guest guest Posted January 3, 2008 Report Share Posted January 3, 2008 Hey ladies, Happy new year! I am not new to the group, just not participated much in the past. I am not new to BFL so much either. Last year, I lost 15 lbs with it! I got to my goal weight, then sort of went down hill slowly to where I am today. No working out, not eating right, etc. You know the deal. I am starting a challenge Saturday and getting weighted in for another challenge (local moms group) tomorrow. Has anyone used the BFL for women book? I have the standard Bill BFL book now. Are the workouts different? Better? I definitely need to get the EFL book. Once I get some money, I am ordering it off of Amazon. Is anyone here doing an actual challenge right now, for money? Any how, please excuse me if I lurk a little and ask questions and advice a lot. I plan to loose about 20 lbs over the next 16 weeks. I am not sure what I weigh right now, but I am thinking about 135. I am 5'4 " , so getting down to 115 would be perfect for me, but challenging.
