Guest guest Posted January 3, 2008 Report Share Posted January 3, 2008 Hi, This morning I did Tracey Staehle High Intensity Kickbox Challenge. I wore my weighted gloves which if I hadn't, the workout would've been on the easy side for me. A few of the combos are a little confusing, but doable. After that, I did Kick, Punch & Crunch abs. This is always a good one. I burned 341 calories so I'm happy with that!! My quads are pretty sore from yesterdays legs, but that's about it. I'm actually pretty surprised.
