Hi,

Today was Plyo x, so after doing two rounds of Primary

Back Stretch I got right to it! I did skip the bonus

round b/c I really don't like that section and I

figure doing the main workout is plenty. I have to

say, I see an improvement in my ability to perform in

this workout - so, Woo hoo! This plyo workout also

works the legs nicely, too.

Then, I tacked on Austin's Indoor Walk stretch

section - it was okay - seated and standing stretches.

I didn't ahve a chair handy, so after awhile I gave

up and just did my own stretching - which I always

enjoy more anyway since I know exactly where I need it

and I can hold the stretch for as long as I like!

This DVD is heading back to the library Pronto! :)

I have DD's conference at pre-school today. Yesterday

we visited a private school for next year- it is a

Quaker school and I'm really considering sending her -

small classrooms, nuturing environment, and only 3

miles from my house, etc. The only problem is the

$11K per year price tag! I would have to seriously

curtail my spending to afford that one. But I really

am thinking seriously about it - the public schools

have become a jungle and I didn't enjoy going to

public school - especially jr. high/high school - and

I imagine it is only worse now. She is shy and it

takes her a long time to warm-up to new situations, I

think she would benefit from a smaller environment.

I'm afraid she would get lost in the public system. I

did think about homeschooling, except I know she

wouldn't listen to me - she needs it to come from

someone other than me. DH is actually thinking about

sending her, too. And he was my biggest opponent for

awhile. They do have a summer program and I'm

definately going to send her to that - if nothing else

it will be a good warm-up for all day Kindergarten

next year as the summer program is M-F from 9-3:30.

The teachers at this school all seemed great and she

visited with many of them - and she went from not

wanting to talk to anyone when we first walked in to

chatting happily with one of the teachers in the

library.

Anyway, sorry to ramble!

Hope everyone has a great day!

Donna

Donna you've inspired me. Tonite I'm doing Yoga X. Please hold me accountable as

I have a dread factor for this!

I can't wait til you do Cross Trainers, since I usually hold similar opinions of

workouts that you do :)
