Guest guest
Liza I know exactly how you feel I am the same way. Good for you for resisting the urge! I know its not easy! Sent from my BlackBerry® wireless device Old habits Funny how being stressed out and irritated immediately makes me want to eat something sugary. I'm confident that I won't....but Oreos were the first thing that came to mind when I got really frustrated with my life just now.....anyways... I'm not hungry, I'm eating a scheduled meal in about a half hour but just amazed me how my brain immediately went " there " . Sigh!

Guest guest
Me too! For me it's something that goes CRUNCH! This morning, the cheese crackers in the vending machine were looking pretty tempting. I told myself I could have some on freeday if they still sounded good! > Liza I know exactly how you feel I am the same way. Good for you for > resisting the urge! Guest guest
that's why I can't have anything in my house that is not on bfl, living alone i can do this. And when I go trolling for snacks, if I only find bfl food, I think, hmn, I can wait, and drink some water or tea instead. I'm real proud that I actually had girl scout cookies and only ate on free day. > Me too! For me it's something that goes CRUNCH!
