Old habits

Funny how being stressed out and irritated immediately makes me want to eat

something sugary. I'm confident that I won't....but Oreos were the first thing

that came to mind when I got really frustrated with my life just

now.....anyways...

I'm not hungry, I'm eating a scheduled meal in about a half hour but just

amazed me how my brain immediately went " there " . Sigh!

So strange how " automatic " it is too...almost as if " I " had nothing to do with

it...so wierd to explain. Guess you know though...lol

Me too! For me it's something that goes CRUNCH! This morning, the cheese

crackers in the vending machine were looking pretty tempting. I told myself

I could have some on freeday if they still sounded good!

that's why I can't have anything in my house that is not on bfl, living

alone i can do this.And when I go trolling for snacks, if I only find bfl

food, I think, hmn, I can wait, and drink some water or tea instead.

I'm real proud that I actually had girl scout cookies and only ate on free

day.
