My friend bought a gold's gym from walmart.com, the $178 or 198 model,

somewhere in there. She said its ok, but she is tallish (5'8 " and has long

legs) and she said the legs don't adjust enough for her. It has a place to

put your ipod so you can listen through its speakers and it has different

speeeds/settings so its kind of like the different intensities.

oh, and call your local bike shop, they can tell you where to get the bike

fixed
