Guest guest Posted March 11, 2008 Report Share Posted March 11, 2008 Hi everyone, I'm starting my 3rd week now. I was wondering if everyone takes advantage of the cheat days. Would you lose faster if you didn't take advantage of it. Basically the first week I had a cheat meal ( a big one) and the 2nd week I went out and drank with some friends but the rest of the day I ate like I was suppose to. The book says that it can actually be a good thing to do the cheat day but I'd give it up if I could have faster or better results. --------------------------------- Never miss a thing.
