Guest guest
I saw this quote today from Jim Rohn and it made me think of BFL challenges. " Success is nothing more than a few simple disciplines, practiced every day; while failure is simply a few errors in judgment, repeated every day. It is the accumulative weight of our disciplines and our judgments that leads us to either fortune or failure. " Good or bad, the little things add up. One cookie may be no big deal, skipping a workout to sleep in may not seem to matter. But all of those " just this once " " maybe one more " and " I'll do it later " s accumulate to make or break your challenge. Just like every time you turn down a donut, go for a walk, or lift a heavier weight, those little moments don't seem like much, but taken together they create your results.
