Guest guest Posted February 12, 2008 Report Share Posted February 12, 2008 Okay, so I told you guys how I was cutting calories and eating very clean to see if it did anything for the scale. I hadn't had the scale move in weeks. Well, I have been eating during the day but there are times when I am hungry and I still put it off for awhile. Anyway, I have lost 5 pounds in one week! It's kind of upsetting to me though because I can't believe that I was eating that much before..grr... I can't eat like this forever, but am going to try until I stop seeing the pounds go down. Maybe for another week or two. When my weight " settles " , I will add a bit more food in and kind of experiment to see what I can eat to maintain and not gain. This morning I was at 151.6 ... That is only 1.6 away from my original goal of 150! Wow, I can't believe it. HOWEVER, I still have some flab on my mama belly and some on my hips/thighs/butt that I would like to see gone. So, my new goal is 145. Anyway, very surprised that the scale is dropping so much - I would have thought my body said it wanted more calories and misbehaved a little to gain or hold-on. Oh well..
