Guest guest
I guess melted chocolate would be bad too. Melted carob. Something which melts and goes crunchy when it cools and isn't bad for you Sally Sharon wrote: > > It's katy's 12th bithday tomorrow ,I've made the cake .Does anyone > have any ideas for a topping. > I was wondering if cooked soft apple would work,or do you think it > would be too mushy ? > She want's icing, but she can't have it. > > Any ideas would be very appreciated . > Thanks, Sharon. > > > ------------------------------------------------------------------------ > > No virus found in this incoming message. > Checked by AVG Free Edition. > Version: 7.5.516 / Virus Database: 269.19.15/1248 - Release Date: 28/01/2008 21:32 >

Guest guest
-Thnaks Sally and Em, There isn't a lot she can eat.Last year I had a nice topping with ground cooked chestnuts and honey, looked like a caramel topping, but she had a bad tummy after. I'm thinking of fruit and honey cooking lots of apple ,and mushing it up with a little honey, and decorating with some pieces of fruit by trial and error . Do you think this will look a mess ? We've got a big disco party for the two of them.Want to make a good impression of Katy as there are girls coming from Tara's school and Katy will go there in September. Thanks for the suggestions and Birthday wishes.I suppose there is only so much you can create with limited food. -- In Autism-Biomedical-Europe , Eva family wrote: > > whipped cream with soft fruit? Guest guest
How about something like a bag of frozen berries (Strawberries or cherries would be good - waitrose i think?) cooked in a pan over a high temp (No water added) until they reduce like a jam. Sieve it all and add honey in too? It should be nice and sticky! Happy birthday Katy! x
