Plain exercise helping people with Parkinson's.  I watched this last night on

NBC Nightly News and just thought how cool it was that something so simple can

help make improvements in Parkinson's patients.  I bet exercise helps improve

many more things too!

I thought it was so cool that wanted to share it.

Just watched the Parkinson's/bicycling story. Interesting! Pedaling at high

RPMs stops the tremors, and the effect lasts for awhile. I wish they

understood why. In any case, I think I'll keep up the exercise. :-)

That was awesome. Thanks for sending that on.

My father is a Parkinson¹s patient. He was diagnosed 15 years ago. Then,

they told him he have five years and he would be in a wheel chair and in 10

he would be dead. He walks with a cane today. He¹s 84 years old and

survived cancer, angina and a broken hip so far. It¹s a terrible disease.

His mind is fine, but the disease keeps him trapped inside his body.
