Guest guest
--, Overall, that's great taking the high road on things because life simply " happens " My bad daysssss has to do with missing my family and my hubby and I not having children especially at this time of year. I'm usually the one everyone comes to for cheering up but I've been here in AZ over 4 years now and all of a sudden miss everyone. I have a wonderful sis who teaches for UOP but in CA. She's also one of my best friends, same goes for one of my cousins. I got to visit with them last week over the holiday, they were here to celebrate family birthdays in July and November and will be back in December after xmas, but my sis and I used to go to bootcamp classes together. I would also make our meals for the week and on the weekend we would meet up to exchange her food for empty containers to be used. I'm normally ok with doing a solo workout since I prefer to hit the gym super early and used to be the one to get everyone else going but lately I'm so needy. Being beyond super busy at work with my asst being out has not helped either and I am struggling to keep things in perspective. I'm now not only chubby-esque but trying to get reinspired. Any quips of advice would be appreciated. - In bodyforlifewomensclub2 , Michele Templeman wrote: > > Ok so here is my holiday story titled: Rudolph the Deadly Reindeer > <smile>. > > So on Tuesday I accidently hit the garage door button instead of the > automatic van door. Guest guest
On no ! Im sorry for the ankle! Make sure u watch what u eat and u can still do your upper body workouts! Just take it easy and u will be back on your feet in no time! I hate how things like a toy can ruin your week! I have baby toys that i end up stepping on all the time and it drives me crazy! > > Ok so here is my holiday story titled: Rudolph the Deadly Reindeer > <smile>. > > So on Tuesday I accidently hit the garage door button instead of the > automatic van door. Guest guest
lol, that is too funny!, Your stepping on that bad Rudolph had a good side effect, I went to the gym last night even though I didn't want too, because I could! I was having a bad day, but in perspective, it wasn't so bad. Instead of eating bad things and being lazy, I exercised and colored my hair. (therapy in a bottle) We can do this! Try yoga. since you can't do cardio. Google chair yoga or bed yoga and a lot of the poses you can do sitting down and they will make you feel better.
