Hang in there! At least do the exercise part. It helps with depression and

makes you feel better. At the grocrey store stick to the healthiest choises

possible. (maybe whole chicken instead of breasts, look for lean cuts of

turkey or buy a whole turkey and bake and that will last months, go for the

cheapest fruits and veggies and try tuna, etc.)

You can do this!

I'm sorry to hear that things have been rough. Taking even some small

healthy steps will help you to feel better and more in control.
