Guest guest
shoots through my chest. Would u still walk on the treadmill and do lower body? I was lifting my 25lb son out of his crib on Sunday night and i must have twisted or something. I went to the chiropractor and he was able to feel how bad i had popped it all out of place. I do feel a little better from the chiro but now im starting to get pain again. Suggestions are welcome! I was able to get groceries that allowed me to plan BFL eating this week! YEAH!!! Guest guest
I would still do the treadmill. I wouldn't do LBWO if it requires your upper body to hold weights.... I tweaked my shoulder on Sunday too. But it doesn't hurt, and I don't have any more shoulder work this week, and next week will be a light week due to Lasik, so I think I'm all set.... > shoots through my chest. Guest guest
Ouch! Don't do anything that causes further pain or makes it worse. If you can walk with no problem, or maybe do some lower body machines, or body weight squats and lunges, carry on as long as it doesn't hurt. I don't know if I'd be picking up dumbbells on the injured side. Baby it for awhile and hopefully it will heal quickly. > shoots through my chest.
