Guest guest
I can finish every interval perfectly fine EXCEPT for the plyo intervals. GREAT workout Darcy!!! I've always had trouble with the plyo jumps too. I get so winded and my legs feel like their going to fall off lol I give ANYONE credit who can get through even 1-5 of any Imax workout. Imax 2 is my favorite of the 3. It's kind of close to my heart in a way because it was the first one that I really worked on and made it a goal of mine to get through. Once I got through all 10 intervals I was so happy. That's great that your little one let you get it done. Psssst...Have you heard the news? Guest guest
I just got another awesome workout in. I didn't get a chance to do it this morning (like I mentioned). Bryar, my three-year old has been pretty good lately when he's up in the morning while working out, so I thought I'd give it a try to see how he'd entertain himself while Kaysar was sleeping and Sawyer was at school. Well, he was awesome!!! Didn't bother me at all. He came downstairs to play a bit, but otherwise watched t.v. upstairs. Anyway, I did Imax 2 (with the talk of not doing it early in the morning, I thought today would be perfect). The more I do this one, the more I love it. I can finish every interval perfectly fine EXCEPT for the plyo intervals. There are two of them, and they kick my butt, I have to modify a bit, and not jump quite as high to recover a bit during. All, in all I was pumped and it was an awesome workout. For some extra-added torture, I did the abs off muscle endurance again. I didn't feel quite as weak today while doing them. I think I will do them here and there for awhile trying to conquer those bicycles and the in and outs. My lower back really feels them. Anyway, my house is looking loads better, but I still have a ton to do. At least now I won't be so grumpy, and I can enjoy my day better. :)Darcy
