thanks, michelle! My workout time is my sanity time, if I didn't do something I wouldn't be a nice person to be around. This darned blister has me peeved - I can live w/ modifying some stuff for my back, but a stupid blister? It is really gross though and it hurts to wear any shoes w/ backs on them, so I think if it is still hurting tomorrow I may skip the Treadmill and Bike and do some more barefoot workouts. Take care!Donna

I think I had this one, I bought it maybe 5 years ago. I didn't like

it, I think there was quite a bit of standing work and it was too

dancy for me, plus it had a weird jungle beat music and a lot of

people. I get too distracted by a lot of people. I gave this to my

sister.

This one came out about 10 years ago and was one of the first Pilates

workouts " out there. "   I stumbled upon it early on accidentally as I

hadn't ever heard of Pilates at the time.  Whle this one may not have

been the best one to learn Pilates from - (a bit more advanced, w/

fewer form pointers and options for beginners) it is a good Pilates

workout.  The classical matwork series - so nothing unusual in terms

of the exercises.  's flexiblity and form is inspiring

though.  I really feel that I get some good work in the side-series

to loosen up my hips.  So that is good! :)

house stuff over the weekend. I know my " form " gets sloppy b/c I rush

around trying to get it done - I have to watch it.  I did have a

chiro appointment today and that helped (even he noticed how tight my

back was).  Gotta keep it loose.

yesterday for walking on the TM) so I may have to do Pilates again

tomorrow and try to pick up cardio again the next day.  We'll see.

Thankfully I can still wear my sandals/slides! :)

upper body - I'm thinking of doing something w/ the stability ball.

I'll report back in later!

I was wrong, it was the method target specifics abs arms hips

thighs. I only did it a couple times a looong time ago, so I might

be wrong. I gave it to my sister and she wasn't crazy about it either
