Guest guest Posted September 15, 2008 Report Share Posted September 15, 2008 Hi, Snuck in some upper body - I did all 4 Quick Blasts for Upper Body on Tracey Mallett's "Sexy in Six" DVD. I forgot that each blast included ab work - it made me really feel how much the Pilates session worked my abs. Anyway - a mini -review - there are 4 upper body blasts - all use a stability ball and moderate to light dumbells. The circuits are structured so that you do two upper body moves (usually chest & triceps, back & biceps) back to back followed by an ab exercise (on the ball or using the ball) You repeat each circuit 3 times in the 6 minute blast. I felt like I got a decent upper body workout in and it felt good to pick up weights again. I also added on the stretch at the end of the DVD. My back held up throughout and feels fine now. So that is good. Anyway, I'm having a rare slow day at work (I'm working from home today) so I think I'm goint to sneak off for a quick rest before it is time to pick DD up from school I figure I have to make the most of these slow days, they are few and far between!Take care, Donna Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
