Running shoes are perfect for walking around town and as everyday shoes. Just don't use them for Step, kickboxing, or floor aerobics because you'll need crosstrainers for that. I can't wait til you start running! I'm really loving it, though I can't seem to fit it in as often as I like, and I'm not sure my knees would appreciate me doing it more often than I do to be honest. I've been doing it about once a week for 2-3 miles at a time and that seems just about right for me. I'm looking forward to the time change so that I'll have more time to run and bike after work, and maybe even run in the mornings once it's light in the morning.
