Guest guest
Sounds like some great workouts Kathy!! I want that workout, it sounds like fun! I hope you get your walk in tomorrow. We're expecting Indian Summer here this week, hooray! This weekend's workouts Yesterday's workout was Sansone's Four Really Big Miles which I really enjoy. She starts with a moderately paced first mile, follows that with a faster paced second mile and then goes to an interval mile that alternates quick paced walking with light jogging. The forth mile integrates the resistance band for upper body with a moderately paced walk. Today was strength training. I did Debbie Seibers' Slim Series Tone it Up which is a killer. It's a muscle endurance workout which really fatigues your body. I have a total love/hate relationship with this workout, but I love it's results. I am hoping to get a nice 45 minute walk in at lunchtime during work tomorrow. It's supposed to be a beautiful week here in NJ and I want to be outside as much as possible. Guest guest
It's a part of her Walk Slim Series. You can probably get it thru QVC. Our anniversary is on Tuesday and when we were married 20 years ago, it was 72 degrees! It was a Friday evening mass and it was just the most beautiful day you could imagine. When we left the banquet hall around midnight, the first drops of rain than turned into a deluge the next began.
