wanna throw up cardio with amy bento!!!

this morning i did amy bento's CIA hi lo knockout

workout. or at least part of it LOL. i did combo/interval knockouts 1

and 2 as well as abs. its choreographed hi-lo and kickboxing flavor

combos with intense interval kickboxing combos. by the end of the 2nd

knockout i knew i wasn't going to finish. i was feeling as though i was

about to throw up!!!. i didn't do the combination of 1 and 2 just the

build up combos and the knockouts. i walked around to cool down some

then did the cool down and finished with the abs. it core focused moves

with weights, even doing a modified turkish get up into a plank.

the combos weren't impossible to follow but i could see how the pivots

and turns could mix one up. i sometimes swear i was on the wrong leg

but as long was able to safely get back to where i needed to be for the

combo all was good. you just have to move you don't have to be perfect!

sitting here with space heaters b/c my heat pump crapped out last night

so it was a great workout to warm up too!! hopefully the repairman will

be here SOON!!!
