short on time/total body calorie blast.

lack of sleep, running short on time to get ready for party caused me

not to do drill max this morning. really wanted to do a hard workout.

well while viola was just waking up and giving her play time while she

watched spongebob(has to watch in living room we don't have cable

hooked up in her bedroom), i did some stuff on my own.

i started with some light marching,taps, and rhythmic stretching to

warm up. i did some push ups, one leg squats, bicep curls, and shoulder

presses for 12 reps/3sets along with some planks. then after the one

episode was over i wanted to do at least part of an organized workout

so i did tracey mallet's total body calorie blast

this time using a pre set workout. they of course include a warm up and

stretch. i did cardio total body a and b and the quick blast abs. for

short,lower impact workouts these are pretty tough and great for ppl in

a rush like me. so have to get breakfast(good to eat before you go to a

party) and get ready to go go go.
