, imo it's important to do cardio as much as weight training. Your heart is a also muscle that needs conditioning, and the endorphin high from it is so good for your mood and spirit! Cardio, Strength and Flexibility are all important in any fitness cycle. Finding the time to work in all body parts and such *is* a challenge, I agree! I am a cardio fiend and can easily be persuaded to take an extra Turbo Kick class over a boring but effective Debbie Siebers strength workout, such as tonite *wink* ! Can you do cardio 3-4 times a week, strength 3 times a week, and one day for just restorative yoga/stretching for an hour? Schedule sample: Sunday: yoga Monday: cardio Tuesday: lower body Wednesday: cardio + upper body Thursday: cardio Friday: total body endurance workout Saturday: OFF Hugs!
